GET /actions/runs?limit=15 returned all 766 runs of levior/infra (18.5
MiB). Parsing that blew the 128Mi limit, so every levior ci runs
OOM-killed a pod and both crash-looped (503 for every levior command).
With page=1 Forgejo returns the 15 newest.
